While temperatures are going up and down as are the chances for rain at the Jersey Shore, warmer and sunnier days are coming soon and after that -- summertime!

For anyone who threw in the towel on fitness goals back in February, now is the time to get back in the game.

For those who have been working out and making healthy diet choices, there are a few things you still need to focus on before summer begins.

There is no judgment here, no competition with anyone other than yourself, so push yourself to get better not just for summer but for overall health and wellness.

There are all kinds of stories out there on what you should take or shouldn't take, what works for this person doesn't work for that person, and so on.

It can make things confusing on what supplements to take before and after a workout as well as on days off, plus, there's also trying to figure out how to plan out a week with what to eat and how much of something like protein you should pack into your diet.
